Estefa aims to promote occasions in which people have the privilege of experiencing other cultures in settings where they do not feel the need to promote their identities at the expense of others.
In order to do this, Estefa uses two ways to trigger and sustain the ongoing, continuous development of intercultural understanding. The first is by giving priority to assignments in which Estefa can be directly involved in facilitating and developing international understanding. The second is by offering free assistance to cultural and humanitarian events. By helping musical, cultural and artistic events to become more professional, Estefa attempts to bring different societies closer together. To do this effectively, Estefa chooses to support humanitarian and politically neutral entities and events.In both its choice of jobs and the free assistance it offers in appropriate circumstances, the development of intercultural understanding is a key factor in all of Estefa's choices.
Maintain Ethical Development
In order to maintain an ethical check on all its activities, Estefa tests its activities in light of the ethical concepts underlying the philosophies at the heart of all the company's activities. Estefa attempts to benefit society to the best of its ability by directly and indirectly assisting activities that are politically and ideologically committed to supporting the harmony of life. In doing so, Estefa avoids connecting its name to specific institutions or charities, preferring to maintain a focus on relevant ideology. Estefa aspires at all times to be able to justify its actions morally as well as legally.
